Boat Tour Canal da Barra

During the summer it's possible to travel from Barra da Lagoa to Lagoa da Conceição by boat through the canal. The boat leaves from the pier in front of the Maria & Maria Restaurant and goes to the pier in the center of Lagoa da Conceição, the same place where the boats to Costa da Lagoa leave. The trip takes about 20 minutes. Besides offering a new scenery that can't be seen when traveling by car or bus, it is also an alternative to avoid the traffic peaks during the summer season. This service is only available from December to March.
